may be not the best hotel but seems to keep standard over years. It was only one night but the room I occupied was great cot tidy. Very quite. European restaurant unfortunately and Polish meals expensive. Free of charge parking place and internet connection.

I went on business to Southern Poland for a few days and asked my travel agent to book a hotel in Bielsko-Biala which I used as a base for travell to surounding towns. I was surpriced by the quality of Parkhotel Vienna and the kind staff. The only downside is that the hotel seems to be far away from the center so I actually never got the chance to see the city.

Check in was fast very quick and easy, I had business room on the 5th floor. The elevator is extremely slow. My room had a large bathroom with heated floor. The TV was somewhat old fashioned and very strangly the room only had a single bed instead of the double you would expect. My only real complaint was only one tiny thin pillow was provided. The breakfast had an excellent choice with everybody catered for. Check out was fast and speedy. Note of caution this hotel is over 4 km from the centre of the town. Taxi is about 5 euro into town.

We stayed 3 weeks in Hotel Vienna for professional reasons.

Check in was quick. Rooms and bathroom were OK, cleaning was properly done.
Food was diversified, between traditional polish dishes (even thought the cook is italian) and continental, and that was rather enjoyable. Laundry was done really fast (in the day). A small fitness room is also available on the last floor. All staff speek English.

Internet access wasn't at all times possible. Concerning diner at Vienna Brasserie, although food was nice, the waitor service was very long, and some waitors weren't very friendly. Evelator is just a nuisance (isn(t fast enough). TV is a bit archaic. Breakfast room is impersonal and cold.

This hotel is globally satisfactory, but doesn't reach up to the level of 4 stars.
