This hotel and it's friendly staff saved our lives during the summer of 2010. They can dish up one of the best breakfast buffets in Poland, and will always keep your room in perfect state. If you're going to Bialystok, this is THE place to be. Considering the price levels in Poland, you won't feel robbed either if you're from Europe or the US.

A very comfortable hotel with good spa and restaurant facilities. However, some areas are in need of modernising and refurbishing. The hotel was very clean, central- very close to the main square and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was realy good and plenty of choice. There was a bar fridge, which I didn't use and some water for our use. Comfortable hotel parking. Parking cost is 30 PLN. After a hard day was very nice to spend time in the spa center.
Only complaint was the noise at night.

We have spent one night in that hotel in mid-September 2011.
This is a clean nice place with pleasant quiet room and great service. Location is also great - the city center with a lot of restaurants is just around corner. The central park is in 7 minutes walk.

Hotel has a private secured parking lot with affordable price.

Stayed here for several days in June. The hotel is in the city center, a very good location near to dining and historical sites.

The hotel is old, it shows it. The room was alright but definitely worn out and past its prime (perhaps the seventies?). The amenities at the hotel are limited, there is a very limited fitness facility there with old equipment and I chose to go running instead, which is actually quite nice in Bialystock.
Good restaurant and breakfast.
So, if there are better options in this town, suggest you investigate them else you can stay here. Its simple and basic, dont expect anything more.
