Hotel Haffner has an ok location. But that's easy. Everything in Sopot has a good location, because Sopot is so nice. Sopot has so many beautiful old pre WWII buildings. Haffner is like a shiny new thing between all this beauty. The service is not living up to the expectations set by the price you're supposed to pay.

Haffner is a walking distance from the main Sopot train station – you can also take a cab from Gdansk airport (cost around 60-80 PLN) . It was also a walking distance to their high street Monte Cassino with all amenities and Pier. This is why we pick this hotel – its fantastic location with amazing spa facilities including in room price!
We were welcomed and acknowledged by extremely nice reception and concierge staff - special thanks to Miss Karolina and Mr Pawel from reception - they are just spot on!
We stayed there for 4 nights and every our request has been fulfilled without hesitation by smiling staff in way which you wish to be served in every hotel.
The reception has a nice waiting area where the restaurant and two bars are just next to it. We haven't got breakfast in our deal but took a chance for delicious coffee and snacks in bar area almost every afternoon.

The room was clean and spacious and considering the price we paid – what a deal! The queen bed we had was comfortable. A working desk, mini bar, air condition and a flat screen TV. It also equipped with a huge closet – women, you know what that mean to us!

Bathroom with bathtub was very nice. It was spacious, clean and has a lot amenities.
But my favourite is a spa and fitness area. A gym, swimming pool with water massage, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are free for all hotel's guests. If you wish to pamper yourself lovely beauticians are ready to assist.
Overall this hotel is 4+ star for us. We will go back to this hotel without a doubt!

Good location and very clean. Interior is worn and dated. Beds were VERY soft and not so good on your back. Towels provided were a joke - have had better quality from a hostel.

Dress code - men should wear shirts when walking around the hotel. Didn't know if this was a joke or not.

Not too bad but for price I expect more.

price has no relation to the quality of this hotel, in my opinion The hotel hasnt the standards of a 5 star hotel, only qualify for a 3 star hotel with a beautiful location. I dont wanna to say that everything was horrible, but I felt a little cheated by this hotel within the meaning of what they offer (and for what you pay) and the reality
