Nice large, clean, modern hotel, superbly located in the centre of Sopot and right by the beach. Stayed two nights on a business rate, got irritated by the length of time it took to check in and the guy trying to upsell everything (e.g. persuade me to pay more for a better room etc). Why would I do that when I'm on a company trip and I know they're not going to let me expense the much higher rate? Also had to fight for things that were supposed to be included in the rate. Surprised because my company has an awful lot of people stay at this hotel.

Wifi was available in the room but was terribly slow.

I thought the breakfast was really good, and other staff than the reception staff were really helpful and friendly.

Very Nice modern hotel - Price was with a big discount, it was worth it to take advantage of New Year's Eve - unforgettable moments if you do not go to him with his chosen one heart. Near the pier with great and helpful staff. Not for nothing is on the 5 stars.

Really appreciated private part of the beach however we felt lack of sunbeds.
Very close to the city centre where is plenty of dining choice.

I only stayed here for 2 nights as me and my wife decided to party in Sopot and get away from the family for a bit. The reason I chose this hotel is because it is right on the pier and in the middle of it all. Restaurants and night clubs are all just a few hundred feet away and the beach as well. The only hotel amenity of the hotel we used was the pool and it was nice, if you want to use the hot tub that's all at an extra cost. The hotel and room were very clean and very spacious. This is a huge hotel so you wont have that cozy feeling, but overall it is quite expensive for what you get, so you may get a better bargain elsewhere but just as close to everything.
