We booked this hotel well in advance, we asked for nice rooms and were promised large rooms with a sea view. On arrival we found that a large wedding party was occupying hotel restaurant which was OK with us. However, some wedding party members were abusive to us and hotel staff would not rectify that despite us asking them for the response. We were given very small (box) rooms overlooking backyard. When we questioned the reception, the explanation given to us was (believe in it or not) that a party of italian tourists walked into rooms reserved for us and would not leave these rooms??????????
