I loved this hotel and will surely use it again. The staff, rooms, breakfast and everything was just great. There were only two downsides, but I know both are dealbreakers for some people.
Firstly, the soundproofing is abysmal. People walking and talking on the corridor was heard clearly to our room, and when the neighbours closed their door heavily, our door rattled horribly. One evening I even noticed I could here the Windows login-sound from the next room. We weren't bothered, but a lighter sleeper wouldn't have gotten one restful night there.
Secondly, there is no air-conditioning. We didn't mind despite the +30*C weather, but the lack could be felt, especially on the more humid days. This is characteristic to most of Europe, of course, so we don't really even notice lack most of the time.
