First of all, very friendly and competent service hotel (reception), cleanliness, information, proximity to the beach (few minutes), close to Sopot (the hotel is located in Gdansk, but in close border with Sopot), an aquarium in the lobby.

The hotel is just average. If you are in Gdansk for business then it is a pity to be away from the nice sites, even if you dont want to do anything.... There is nothing nearby. In my case I arrived 02:00am and there was no water in the room (tap water was not potable as per locals without boiling). The only good reason to stay at this hotel is price and nothing else.

Good setting, reasonable breakfast and nice service but rooms are horrible. This hotel needs some major refurbishment. Uncomfortable beds and the heating wasn't working. And for these conditions it is very pricey in my opinion. Avoid.

Me and my girlfriend picked this hotel for our Gdansk stay cause we are familiar with the Orbis hotels and they satisfy us. This one did not let us down.

The location is good. Close to the beach and close to a nice road that leads to Sopot. As always with Orbis hotels the rooms were always clean and shiny. The only thing I was missing however was a fridge! Really disappointing!

The reception has some really good people working there but also some terrible. At first out reservated room was given away to someone else and they gave us a room with two beds instead of one. When I complained about it I was told we can move to another room the next day when something gets available again. The next day someone at reception arranged us a new room. He was really helpful.

The rooms have a door connecting it with the room next to yours which is also disappointing cause you can hear the people next to you very clearly.

Overall we were satisfied however, and I would recommend.
