We stayed at the Hotel Vladimir in April 2006, attending a friends wedding in the town. The hotel was relatively easy to book (a few language problems!) but from the moment we arrived we found the staff to be very helpful and worked hard to answer our many queries. The rooms were clean, spacious and accurately described on the various internet links avalable. Breakfast was a mixture of breads, cheeses, ham and a small choice of cooked food etc.. In short nothing spectacular but certainly enough.

The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the town centre.

Is located in the center of the city. The hall is old, without seats. If you want wait somebody, you will still standing.
The elevators are also old.

When I went to the room the corridor was narrow.
The room, however is not bad. It was re/done last year, and it had good apparence.
This hotel have not WIFI nor ADSL. Yes, the room has internet, but only for modem.

I dislike the brekfast. The quality was very very poor.
The problem is that there is not more 4 stars hotels in this city. Then, next time that I will travel to Usti nad labem, I will host there.
