We are traveling alot in Europe, and my wife is usually very sensitive with the hotel issues.
In this one, it was all good.
The place of the hotel is very good, the stuff are helpfull nnd nice, the food is tasty.
in case you don't like the food inside the hotel, you can buy some food in the store 5 min. away from the hotel and have a good drink in one of the pubs around.

The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and the nearest metro station. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and was well replenished. On the negative side, the bath (which had a shower attachment) requires a screen or curtain in order make the shower useable. The television only had one English language channel. Some of the reception and ground floor staff could enhance their level of courteousness. Finally, the hotel needs to ensure they use a reputable taxi company when guests request one. When we requested a taxi to the airport, an unregistered taxi arrived and the driver tried to overcharge us. The receptionist refused to call one of the licensed taxi companies such as AAA.

The hotel is away from downtown and major attractions
the subway is far away and so also the tram stop
breakfast was good
The worst thing is that if you send them to call a taxi as it happened to us, call a taxi friend of the reception, if this distance, it takes an hour to arrive and missed your plane or your train, just because the driver gives his gratuity or commission, we had to cross to the hotel front any one who called and came immediately.
In general I do not recommend this hotel for anything.

I do have to lament about the Hotel staff's shortcomings and unpleasant approach. Management is really unprofessional, many times treating guests as simple criminals and petty thieves! Language barrier was an even greater shortcoming, and the room cleaners often shunned their basic duties, or simply performed slipshod chores.
On the positive side, the food presented was great, and the kitchen staff and waiters were quite polite to patrons.
Lack of spacious rooms and a small lobby add to the woes of this central Hotel. I would not consider it again unfortunately unless the Hotel management makes up for these substantial shortcomings.
