So far I've visited Prague several times and I'm in love with the city. Last time I stayed in Palace Road Hotel and I fell in love with Prague even more. The place is amazing and staff is extremely helpful! Romantic location, spacious rooms, very clean. I couldn't think of one thing not to love about it!

Staying at the Palace Road Hotel was a real royal experience! The location was perfect, close to everything, yet not too noisy and crowded. The hotel itself, full of antiques and old paintings has a great atmosphere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated in every detail. In fact, it could surely be called a suite. It had a lot of character that modern and impersonal hotels lack of. Everything was spotlessly clean (bedding, bathroom), the bed and pillows were heavenly comfortable. Bathroom was great, spacious as well, with huge bathtub and some romantic period pieces. And last, but not least, the service that was just perfect! The owner was really helpful and made us feel special and welcomed. I could not imagine choosing a different place to stay in Prague. It was simply a perfect choice. It was a Prague attraction in its own right!

Great Hotel.Stayed there with my family last week .Staff very friendly .Rooms clean .Perfect location for Bars and restaurants.Would definately stay there again.Celebrated our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and the Hotel helped arranged a memorable 4 days .Only downside was having to walk to a nearby restaurant for breakfast but once there it was worth the trip .
Also they use a local english speaking Taxi company to collect their guests from the airport .

This hotel is in a perfect location, on the main road leading up to the castle and close to the Charles Bridge leading into Old Town. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Prague. As other reviews have noted, it is up a little hill from the tram stop. But if you're in Prague you'll be doing a LOT of walking, if you're up for that, the walk here is nothing. Our room was impeccably clean, though austere and simple. The bed and bedding comfortable, but do bring your own shampoo and soap. There is no coffee in the room, and the cafe's on this street do not open til after 9 am - near calamity for one who is up at 6:30 am. The staff are so friendly and helpful and fluent in English which is a great relief on one's first night in a new country. There is no 24 hour reception so be very sure to make arrangements if you arrive after 6 pm and get all emergency phone numbers possible. The location is 2 blocks away from a beautiful cathedral, 3 blocks from the Charles Bridge - this is a perfect place to stay when visiting Prague. All the restaurants and pubs right in the same block are great - good samples of local food and pivo!
