Prague was the last stop on a trip around Europe, after staying in a dodgy hotel in Amsterdam the Icon hotel was a welcome change. The staff at reception were always warm, friendly and helpful, this standard was consistent throughout the entire staff team including those working in the breakfast room, restaurant and bar. On my first day my friend and I arrived at breakfast 2 minutes before it was scheduled to finish and the staff were welcoming and happily took our orders (there is a buffet of cereal, breads, cheese, cold meats, juice, milk and fruit salad in addition to this you can order pancakes or hot English breakfast made fresh at no extra cost).

The beds were comfy and the towels fluffy and like new. There is a little bit of noise coming from both the restaurant and street, I stayed in room 302 near the street and could hear the trams roll by but it didn't affect my sleep quality and I am a light sleeper. My flight wasn't until the evening and I was able to get a late check out hassle free.

I highly recommend this hotel; if like me you are only spending a couple of night in Prague its central location and helpful staff will insure you see as much as possible in the time you are there.

Hotel room is spacious, clean and nice design. Staff in reception and restaurant is friendly and helpful.

Although breakfast choices are not much, we could order hot food like English breakfast, pancake, which are free of choice.

Location is excellent, it is not inside the old town square, it takes around 10 minutes to walk there. It is easily accessable by metro and trams. I will definitely stay there again!

This hotel is very modern and quirky. The door hardly gives away it is a hotel but inside there is a spa, funky bar, lounge, reception. Our room was great-spacious and with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room safe is finger print activated, there is a mini bar and good attention to detail. The bathroom is spacious and well decorated. The location of the hotel is great, a few minutes walk from Wencelas Square. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the a la carte breakfast. It was cold and not very nice. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

Young and modern and well-situated. We loved the attention to detail, like sufficient electrical outlets, good free wifi everywhere, and the super comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful, breakfast has no time limits, and the restaurant surprisingly delicious.
Overall a great experience I would highly recommend.
