You really feel welcome in this place. Rooms are cosy and confortable. The breakfast is excellent.
You can park you car well secured.
OK, it is not in the centre, but we walked to the centre in less then an hour. Public transport offers easy access to the centre as well.
We had diner in a small restaurant, just 5 minutes walk through the park. it is a great local place (not touristy - very authentic - small prices)

We stayed at ForResr from 27/04 until 02/05/09. The hotel is in very quiet surroundings in Prague-Bubenec, close to the Sparta Tennis Club (this may help the taxi to find the place as it is off the main touristic places) and to the beautiful Stromovka park, which is a few steps from the hotel.

This hotel has very affordable suites (100 €/ night, breakfast included, for 2 bedrooms and one lounge equipped with a kitchen). Simple but new furniture. This hotel is small, so book soon. It has no restaurant, but the Sparta tennis club restaurant has an excellent restaurant about 300 m. away, open to the public, with good food at very reasonable prices. A 0.5 l excellent local beer costs no more than 0.9 €, I did not see this since many years.

Connections to the city are very good: the nearby bus line 131 will take you in 2 stpos to the Hradcanska metro station (and an access point to the Prague Castle). You can also take the train at the nearby Bubenk station to Prague Holovice, and from there continue with the metro.

Finally the staff is very friendly and helpful.

An adviseable choice.

Very nice place, comfortable, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean, tidy. You might consider it a touch out of town, but actually 5-10 min walk takes you to the tram and a 20 min journey takes you into centre (no need to change lines). Similarly metro or actually local train is also an option. 15-15 min to the Crowne Plaza or Golden Tulip if you want to check location. Tasty rooms with some modern decor paintings. In comparison to a 3* hotel I was absolutely satisfied, it is really away from the noise (behind a small hillock, between trees), so in comparison to the Golden Tulip, it's quiet, cheap and quality (small gem?). I actually did get frightened when the cab driver could not find it without a map, but had absolutely no problem with navigating afterwards. If you arrive late night, the surrounding park might seem deserted, but absolutely no safety issues, don't worry.
