Saw the review on the website so went straight there without a doubt, but turn out to be very disappointed when I got there.
Location - a lot of tourists say it is in walking distance of centre of Prague/main attraction. But aware of these words, they actually mean walking for AT LEAST half hour to get there. The hotel is far away from everything. I found out later that there are pretty of nice hotels just outside the centre/main attraction with very reasonable price. It can save you a lot of time everyday and the view is much better out there. The other thing is you can hardly find a single decent restaurant near the hotel, I never be able to find the hotel restaurant itself while I am staying and I have to walk miles to get a proper meal every evening.
Facilities and service - the reception is a tiny room hidden inside the building, does not feel like a 4 star at all, and it is always empty, you will have to wait for someone coming to serve you. There is no bar as it promised, and the air condition in the room is driving me crazy. I set it as 26 degree but every morning it will either wakes me up freezingly cold as it drops to 18 or wakes me up with my noise bleeding as it is too dry.
Anyway, if you are there for business this might suit you as it is dead quite, but if you are young travellers looking for fun, highly recommend go somewhere else as there is nothing there.
Room Tip: The a/c is very noisy no matter what and it does not function very well.
