Thank you Pasquale, Kreshimir and Veronica for making our stay in Prague wonderful. The apartment was excellent, very clean, spacious and had all we could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed starting the day with breakfast in the cafe, it was beautiful and appreciated the chats and hints we received from the staff on everything in Prague. They were all very knowledgable. The service and attention was first class and we will most certainly be recommending Arcadia to all our freinds in the future. Also the transfers arranged by Pasquale for pick up and drop off made our lives a lot easier well worth the cost.

This place is absolutely amazing. We only paid ~$100 USD a night and got a full apartment right in the heart of Old Town Prague. Include WiFi and an excellent hot breakfast. Veronica greeted us upon arrival with a 30 minute tour of the immediate area so that we wouldnt get lost. If you havent been to Old Town Prague, it can be a little confusing. Then she would meet us daily at breakfast with printed out museum, castle, subway, train schedules, etc. and maps for anywhere we may have mentioned we would like to see the night before or morning of. Blows my mind that they treated us that well and the place was so amazing for Around a $100! This place is rated #1 on TA for a reason. There was no reason to get a car in Prague. The Arcadia set us up with transportation from/to the apartment, and with their help with train & metro schedules, it was extremely easy to get around to everywhere we wanted to see in Prague and outside. We didnt even take a cab, which if you've read into Prague at all, can be a complete rip off.

Visited: 5 nights / 6 days - Old Town Square, Prague Castle, Kutna Hora (Sedlic Ossuary), Pilsen Brewery, mini eiffel tower (great view of entire city and castle), Karlstejn Castle.

As good as it gets for my daughter, wife, and I in early January. Huge bedroom, large living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and spacious bathroom. Upon arrival, Julius gave us a 20-minute orientation of surrounding area. When ever a question arose on how to get to a restaurant or site, Julius was there to help. Lovely breakfast. At the end, I tried to give Julius a tip -- refused and then followed by a small box of chocolates for my wife. Just an incrediable experience and value. And the location could not be better, just a few minutes walk to the center of the old town.

I cannot say enough about Max and the Arcadia Residence. For 3 adults and 2 children, we had 2 comfortable bedrooms and a small kitchen and dining area. Only a short tram ride to the main attractions of the city, but a quiet place away from the crowds, hustle and bustle to which to return each evening. Max was extremely accommodating, patient and helpful with all of our questions; the tour of the neighborhood and all of the information that he provided were invaluable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Purchasing tram tickets at the residence was a great bonus. Arranging a driver from the airport was extremely easy and reasonably priced. The residence made us feel like locals coming home.
