As good as it gets for my daughter, wife, and I in early January. Huge bedroom, large living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and spacious bathroom. Upon arrival, Julius gave us a 20-minute orientation of surrounding area. When ever a question arose on how to get to a restaurant or site, Julius was there to help. Lovely breakfast. At the end, I tried to give Julius a tip -- refused and then followed by a small box of chocolates for my wife. Just an incrediable experience and value. And the location could not be better, just a few minutes walk to the center of the old town.

I cannot say enough about Max and the Arcadia Residence. For 3 adults and 2 children, we had 2 comfortable bedrooms and a small kitchen and dining area. Only a short tram ride to the main attractions of the city, but a quiet place away from the crowds, hustle and bustle to which to return each evening. Max was extremely accommodating, patient and helpful with all of our questions; the tour of the neighborhood and all of the information that he provided were invaluable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Purchasing tram tickets at the residence was a great bonus. Arranging a driver from the airport was extremely easy and reasonably priced. The residence made us feel like locals coming home.

My girlfriend stayed at the Arcadia Residence at Konza 6 from 1/4/11 to 1/6/11 and it was a fantastic experience. Yulis was a very friendly and accommodating host. The apartment was very large with a kitchen, living area, two bathrooms, and a bedroom. The location was excellent, and the price extremely reasonable.

There's not much more I can add to the many positive reviews, except that we too had a pleasant stay. Very conveniently situated and yet very quiet, I think that's what we liked the most, total silence yet very close to everything we needed to see and do.
Sleep quality was excellent. We’ve never slept in such a gigantic bed before and it’s something we will never forget. Honestly, we found it difficlut to get out of bed each morning!
There was a properly stocked kitchen with all the necessary cutlery and kitchenware necessary to cook with.
The breakfast was not the best we’ve had. The quantity of the cooked plates was small, but overall it was more than adequate to start our day.
More importantly, although we didn’t need any help as far as tours or general tourist information was concerned, we always felt that we could count on the owners for help or advice.
Last but not least, the staff was fantastic!!
