Terrible restaurent... We ordered pig leg and it came a bit warm on the outside and cold inside. Was not tender at all! We had much better in another restaurent in Prague and for cheaper. We also ordered a pizza which was cold.

When we complained about the cold pig legs they took it back and after 15 minutes we decided that it was enough wait and asked to cancel. That's when we got a extremly rude service from one of the girl who was probably the manager of the place.

One of the worst service in a restaurent. We regreted that we did not went to the restaurent on the left side :-(

Avoid this place!!!!

On the good side the beer was cheap and good ! (50 cz for 0.5 liters). So good place to have a beer but avoid the food!

My to friends and I stayed here in july 2011. We enjoyed that the hotel is just two hundred meters from the old town square. We got a really spaceous room, with a big bathroom with a bathtub, a hallway and bedroom, lots of space. Basic aminities, but quite nice. Beds were comfy and we heard little noise, as our room faced into the backyard.
Only thing, was that th room was a bit hot and no aircon, just a fan. With 34 degrees celsius, thats just not good enough. Otherwise we were pleased, the staff were friendly and helpful and really serviceminded. We arrived early and did not expect that our room was ready, but it was, and they carried our bags all the way up to the room, which was three floors. They also booked restaurant table and rivercruise for us. (Do NOT recomend the cruise, though.)
Breakfast was ok, with scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken liver(!), and some cereals, bread and so on.
Right outside youll find cosy old town, so the placing is perfect!
Concidering the price we felt that we really got value for money, and we can totally recomend the hotel!

the location is really good,right in the hustle and bustle of prague center. I agree with other reviewers that there is a lot of noise at night because you have to have the windows open (no ac), but as expected staying so central.
the hotel is a bit dated and our room had a nasty shade of peachy-salmon! but our room for 4 people was really large, 50-60sq.m! the breakfast was good although the coffee was aweful. this is at best a 3 star hotel. the bathroom was fine. i value location more than the room itself. not sure i would stay here again..
AND it stated WIFI when we booked, but there was something wrong with it, but i could borrow a cable.... (!)

I stayed in this hotel from April 26 to April 29. When i arrived they gave me room, actually it is a closet that looks like a room with a mattress on the floor, and they called it four stars. I asked them to give me another room, but they told me there they had no more room. I could not sleep that night, and the next day, i made another complain and they gave me another room. this one is acceptable as two stars, not 4 stars as they claim.

The area is good. It is right on the center, and close to all attractions, but the room is just horrible. The bathroom in the first room they gave me did not even have a good curtain. after the shower, the floor looks like a lake.

I will not stay at this hotel again, and do not recommend it to anyone. They need to replace the photo of the room they posted. I will be glad to give them the photo i took from their hotel.
