My wife and I spent a week between Christmas and New Year's Day in Prague. We stayed at the Angelo Hotel and are so glad that we did. In particular was the outstanding customer service provided by Anna Struzova and Radek Bedna'r. They truly went above and beyond the usual customer requests and were always quite charming. Anna helped us acquire tickets for various modes of transportation and recommended various sites and events to see. Radek was always jaunty on the spot when we relaxed in the lounge in the evening. We attribute this excellent quality of customer service from all the the employees to the outstanding general manager Roman Ray Straub. Mr. Straub personally spent time with my wife and I over breakfast suggesting various things to do in the area. He also regaled us with some great stories from his own experiences around the world. As a parting gift we received a wonderful cookbook filled with various receipes from Vienna International hotels and resorts. Mr. Straub has spent a significant amount of time in the United States and it is clear that his passion for customer service has followed from his time spent in our country. We just can't say enough about the hospitality we received from the entire staff at the Angelo hotel in Prague.

Lovely, bright, fresh and modern decor. Good facilities, especially toilet/bathroom. Massive bed with two duvets. Great and varied breakfasts, attentive and helpful staff

Nice place to stay. And easily accessible by car. However, when you get there I suggest using trams.

The stay was perfect! We liked everything: a great room with comfortable bed (junior suit on the 7th exevutive floor), wonderfull breakfasts. It was pleasant to have a welcome coctail at arrival. The service was al high level.
