We were in Prague from 7 to 11 December 2011. Hotel is in a very convenient location. 3 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Small and cozy hotel. The room is very warm, in the shower hot water and strong water pressure. We were on the third floor in room 306. Breakfast simple but very tasty. Value for money is perfectly.

So close to the main heart of the city and yet lovely and quiet.
Yes the beds are hard but that didn't bother me. All the staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was plentiful and unhurried.

The only bad thing was that there was a fire alarm set off at midnight due to a candle on a Christmas decoration in reception briefly setting fire to it's surrounding tinsel. The matter was dealt with quickly but I think it would make Health and Safety people in England shudder!.

I'd certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

situated on the "other side" of the Charles Bridge in the southern part of Mala Strana, less than 2 minutes to the bridge and 4 minutes to the tram stop.Very reasonable tariff for a comfortable and spacious hotel with very helpful, friendly staff, fluent in English. Good continental breakfast served in the restaurant until 10 am. The one point which prevented a 5* rating was the over - bath shower; the bath was high sided and the shower needed to be hand held to avoid soaking the bathroom floor! They also arranged reliable taxis at fair fixed prices, an added bonus.
