We have just returned from this hotel and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is immaculately clean. The bedroom was really nice with a wooden spiral staircase leading to a galley room with 2 further beds. Bathroom was fine with nice complimentary tolietries. There was always hot water.
We only paid £29 per double room per night and this included airport transfers. What a bargain. This price also included a continental buffet breakfast which had ample choice but was let down by the coffee being left on the buffet table in a thermos flask.
The hotel states that it is only 10 mins from centre of Prague but it is approx 15-2o mins by car...or you can take the train which takes approx 10 mins however it is a 15 min walk to the station. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel but takes approx 4o mins and then it is necessary to take the metro into the centre.
The hotel offers transport at 10 euros per car(each way) and is a godsend, the driver is a lovely man who drives so carefully and really wants to please you. A normal taxi would cost you approx 18 euros.
This hotel is most suited to people on a budget who demand cleanliness and good facilities and do not mind staying quite a way out of Prgaue.

We stayed here in 2003. 3 stars is generous for this hotel although it is extremely good value. We stayed for a week and it cost £70! Its about 20mins out of Prague 30 mins by bus which is regular and on time. The rooms were very basic indeed anad remember you also get mosquitoes here! The food is basic but good value and the staff are polite and helpful. I suppose it ideal if you all you want is a place to rest your head.
