Just returned from a long weekend with the family to visit the Christmas markets, this was our second visit to this hotel, so that goes to show that we enjoyed our first stay. This is a good hotel in a nice location, an easy 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square.There is a Christmas market about 100m behind the hotel that is good for shopping at 'locals' prices not tourist prices. The rooms at the hotel are spotless and the breakfast is varied and good (eat as much as you like). The only thing that was poor is that there are no facilities for making a drink in the rooms.There is a drink dispenser in the lobby,but it could mean travelling down three or four floors to fetch one. This is not enough to put me off staying again if the opportunity arises. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

the hotel is situated close to the city center, 2 metro stations away from the Powder Tower or 15min walk. Clean and comfy. only 1st floor Smoking. No double beds only twin - making sleeping a little bit unconf. Pillow are great

A good hotel for couples and families, but also for business trips.
Close to the Prague old city, so you can easily experience Prague by walking.
You can also experience the hotel named beer :)

This hotel is definitely worth a pass....If you're going to Prague, no matter what, don't stay here.
Rooms were dirty and the plumbing didn't work. Cold water was abundant however. Two requests were made to staff, one to get somebody to vacuum a carpet which clearly hadn't seen one in a very long time. The second to look up a phone number. Both requests were met with a short but sharp "WHAT NOW!" at the time, neither staff member was exactly overworked. On the good side...there were no bugs! Sheets were clean and there was minimal noise between midnight and 5:30 a.m. The breakfast room was on the top floor and the breakfast was plentiful, lots of cereals. It is close to the main shopping area and there were lots of people on the streets in the evening.
