We were originally booked to stay at the Hotel Globus but on arrival their were told that we had been over booked and were to be transferred to the Nosal, I was dissapointed as this had been booked for a long time and was over New Year, and the pictures we were given of the hotel did not look that great.
I have to say we were pleasantly surprised, it has been recently restored and kept within its orginal character it really is lovely. The hotel is approx 5 mins walk through the woods to the metro, however the path is not lit at night time and can feel slight blair witch esque!! Break fast is a good continental selection , with the addition of scrambled eggs and bacon, plus there is a restuarant on site that serves great food at reasonable prices.
All in all this is a lovely hotel and the family cannot do enough for you, I would recommend staying here, the only down side was the dark walk at night time.
One thing I should point out is be VERY CAREFUL when changing money, it is extremely mis - leading at most of the bureaus, if it looks to good to be true - it is !! Make sure you check the difference between the rate of buying and selling pounds!! They will not point out to you that you are asking about the wrong rate even when they know exactly what transaction you are wishing to make - hope that makes sense!
