This is real gem - fantastic location and very good value for money. Michael the host was fantastic and he looked after our every need. He arranged transfers for us (to and from the airport and train station) and went out of his way to keep in touch with me when my husband didn't arrive on schedule i.e. checking things out and letting me know what might have happened so I wasn't worried.
We appreciated the great location just near the entrance to the Charles Bridge - everything is within easy walking distance and the trams and metro lines are easily accessible.
The rooms have great lighting, are very spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized fridge to keep drinks cool as well as coffee making facilities.The breakfast was great and there was a good selection on the menu. There is a convenience store directly opposite and a number of restaurants within a quick walk.
We enjoyed a wonderful concert, sat in the town square and enjoyed a drink while people watching, played 'count the brides' as there are so many newly wed couples having photos taken in front of the Town Hall, and generally enjoyed wandering around. Prague is so picturesque -it is worth getting up really early and wandering around as the best photos we took were early in the morning when everything was deserted, the lighting soft... the place seemed simply surreal.
We will definitely be back to stay in this great hotel.

I stayed here in 1st week of Nov'11 for 2 nights with my family ( including 2 children) in a family room. The location is fantastic just at the entrance of Charles Bridge. It's very close to the Prague castle also. The room is neat and clean but very basic in nature. Very soft beds, for the kids a sofa bed was provided which was not comfortable at all. A caution for elderly people.. The hotel does not have a lift (It seems it has only 6 or 8 rooms, two at each floor, it's more like a guest house not a hotel). Worst of all is probably the breakfast, it's provided outside of the hotel (in a restaurant named bohemia bagel, a voucher will be provided). Very limited menu (not a buffet) and in my opinion quite inadequate.
I would say better try for another hotel , especially if you plan to stay longer. I would definitely not consider this hotel for my next trip.

Take a map and decide where you really want to stay in Prague, and you will certainly pick a spot very close to the Charles bridge residence. You can step on to the bridge at any time, you are in easy walking distance to the castle and to the old town square. You are near the boats and important tram and Metro lines. Michael and his staff will arrange for pick up or delivery at the airport in the middle of the night, if you like. The service is very good, and rooms perfectly clean and large. Breakfast is simple but filling and good. In fact, only one thing keeps me from continuing my praise of this wonderful hotel. It would contribute to making this hotel more difficult to book when I go back to Prague next time!

The location of this hotel can't be beat, throw a stone and hit the Charles bridge! The room is large, bright and very well furnished. Nothing fancy but everything was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The included brOur host, Michael was very helpful and accommodating. He offered to arrange any transfers we require and offered to let us stay several hours past check out time to accommodate our late afternoon return flight. It seemed that our comfort and convenience is his top priority. The included breakfast at the nearby Bohemia bagel was excellent. This hotel offered the best value for the euro of any we experienced in Europe!
