Stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy with the service, our room and the hotel facilities. We had a large comfortable room with a very big & new bathroom. The hotel & rooms were spotless and the service from the staff was excellent. There is a good breakfast and there is free wifi in the communal area. There is a safe in the room but no a/c so can be hot during summer months. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others & thought overall it was a very pleasant stay & great value too.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and were rather disappointed. The service was poor: when we checked in we were missing soap in our bathroom, neither did we get a complimentary bottle of wine as promised on the site of the hotel, - my husband had to go downstairs and ask for them. The next day we got only 1 clean towel instead of 2 and when my husband complained at the reception desk they blamed housekeeping for everything. The sheets were old, the furniture needs fixing. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel is close to Old Town but overall I'd rate it as satisfactory. If you're looking for a pleasant romantic weekend in Europe choose another hotel.

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Prague for the Christmas markets. This hotel is within 10 minutes walk of Wenceslaus Square and only 2 minues walk of Tram 22 which takes you across the river and up to the castle. The Metro is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious with the entrance doors leading onto an open balcony which overlooks an internal courtyard/garden. The hotel is in a quiet side street with only the distance noise of the trams to be heard. At only 39 Euros per night for a double room including a reasonable buffet breakfast excellent value for money. Although quote was in Euros they convert to Czec currency for payment using reasonable rate of exchange.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a reunion with a group of world wide friends. The hotel was great for us, not too big, very accomodating and close to all the major sights. The rooms were large and spacious and breakfast (buffet syle) was great and plenty of it. The staff were very helpful in recomending restaurants that would suit our large group. The only thing i think it lacked which we have decided is a must for our reunion this year is a bar and large seating area, for after dinner drinks or just for meeting up pre dinner, but i would deffinitely stay there again.
