My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and were thrilled about its location, which is right behind the Astronomical clock! It was perfect for short outings and shopping, as well as all the most popular clubs and bars. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport for 20 euros each way, which is not so bad for the convenience. The concierge was very nice and helpful with any questions about the area. You could also use their DVD's and internet for free, thought there was no time for that in such a beautiful city! The room was charming and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was even a little minibar in the fridge. The hotel is a very old building, which is why it was dusty and smelled a bit in the bathroom. Cleanliness was not above average. There is no lift, of course and the stairs are very loud, so sleeping in is not happening. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. They only had the very basics, but there are plenty of other options in the Old Town. It was a great stay for a great price and I would stay here again!

Loved this hotel. It's right in the Old town square, has rooms with lots of character and comfort and the breakfast is great.

We visited the hotel between Christmas and New Year. The receptionists were friendly and helpful at all times. The location is absolutely brilliant as it's literally just off the old town square. Some people have said that the hotel was noisy - but we didn't find it to be so. You can however hear people walking around in the rooms above you, but this is an old building and it's not like people walk around in their rooms all night so not an issue for us. The one thing which i would say we found a disappointment was that the attachment to fix the shower head to the wall was broken so you sort of had to prop the head up at an angle which was a bit awkward. However, we did not mention this to anyone at the hotel and so we cannot really complain since we didn't highlight it. We were still able to shower OK and it wasn't a big issue.

Location of the hotel is probably the best thing about it. 5 min walk from Charles bridge, just round the corner the Old town, with the astronomical clock and everything. The hotel was very clean, including good breakfast. You can rent DVD movie or Notebook in the hotel.
