we booked this hostel for 3 nights but finally we stayed 5 nights.The hostel is awesome, we met a lot of cool people there and the staff were really friendly.Look for Boris, the guy who do the local bar tour.It is real fun!!
The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean.The only problem aws breakfast time - the breakfast is incl.in the price but finnish at 10.30 so we havnt got an opportunity to check it..:-) THANKS ELFS, we will be back soon !!!

On this trip to Prague, we chose Hostel Elf. It was easy to find, had plenty of hot water and the beds were comfy. It's quite close to Florence bus station (5 mins walk) and easy to get to the old town. The staff Lucie and Honza were excellent, providing all the info we needed. Great common spaces with beer for sale. Thanks for having us!

This was a really cool hostel. It was decorated really cool with graffiti on the doors. The double room that we stayed in was big with its own bathroom. The prices were reasonable. Location was pretty good, about a 20 minute walk from the main square. The wifi was weak in most areas of the hostel but they did have computers. The room that we stayed in was right by the door to the sleeping area and it was really loud the first night but they fixed it for the next nights. The other people that stayed there were awesome and we met some really fun friends. Overall recommended.

First off it's difficult to find this place! Situated in possibly the worst part of Prague. Anyway we were supposed to be there for 4 nights but stayed for 1!

I would give sleep quality a big fat 0 as it was loud ALL NIGHT LONG! From the moment we arrived until we left (around 9am the following day) it was loud. People screaming, singing, loud music, slamming doors and people being generally RUDE! We had a private room with ensuite and were put right in front of the door to the common area and inbetween toilets and showers. All night long people tried to open our door thinking it was a toilet!!

The staff didnt seem to care about anything and the place is full of very young back packers who only want to party and hook up with one another.

The bar is full of locals which I found weird because there are a million better places to go in Prague.

Over all a terrible terrible stay and the worst place I have EVER stayed. Please avoid this place if you like sleep and your own sanity!
