This hotel really is in the middle of the cobbled and attractive old-town, with an old-world charm and good service from start to finish.
Arrival and check-in were easy - the room was beautiful, with a lobby entrance, bathroom (with bath) and bedroom (high ceilings, a rococo, slightly "Jane Austin" feel to the whole set-up, but the ceiling moldings and windows were original features and room hadn't been cut in two to make more space. The bed was comfortable and the service was fine - in particular the porterage (very friendly and helpful).
Breakfast was plentiful, even at peak periods, and the whole hotel was clean and attractive, in an old fashioned and charming way.
Free use of Internet and a printer in the lobby enabled us to print boarding cards the day of departure.
This hotel enhanced our Prague experience, I would stay there again, and recommend it without reserve.
