The Appartements are large and well maintained. They could definitely use a bit of renovations but still looking very good.
They are greatly located in a quite street, at walking distance from Prague's main square, restaurants and shopping streets.

My wife and I stayed here in December of 2011. My wife stayed for business, I joined her for a few days. The service at this hotel was very good. The front desk was helpful with directions (in english). The free breakfast was also a nice touch. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, but nothing special. We didn't spend much time in the room so it really didn't matter. The most important part of the hotel was the location. This was a home run for us. It was walkable to every great neighborhood in the city and it was far enough removed from the crowds.

We checked in immediately after thanksgiving for a week long stay. Still at it, but must say, already the place has impressed us. Minimal staff, no frills, one man/lady reception, however, whenever you need anything somebody is around to help you out. We got upgraded to a balcony room ( you have to ask!), the one bed apartment is extremely comfortable , the kitchen has all that one needs to get a meal going for a couple of days for a family of three. ASK for a room on the higher floor, will get u at par to the highest buildings adjoining. Around the corner is a Chinese mini market,very handy, alkohol to vegetable.......everything available at reasonable prices.

Breakfast room, can be little boring, little variety, menu is the same everyday, and the placement of items identical.

Room cleaning services twice a week (mon and thursdays). if you need anything else, extra bath towels, quilt, pillows, ASK for it, u get it free. Laundry room on each floor, czk 20 for detergent for one round.

Location,good not great, 5 mins walk to new town, state opera,10 mins to old town. Metro stations 4 mins. Late nights (after 8 pm during winters) could be bit lonely through the bylanes, while returning to the hotel.

I have just stayed at this hotel and can only say positives about it. Great location, with walking distance to everything a tourist would want to see (main square 5 mins). I have stayed at this hotel before and would come back any time. We had a 3 bed suite with kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom. The beds just like in any other Marriott are fantastically comfy. The staff are attending, breakfast basic but very good and offers everything really. There is a small gym and sauna, great in the winter. Underground parking at an additional cost also available. The only negative point I would mention is the lack of free Wifi internet, which should be pretty basic these days. The hotel opposite solves the problem with a relatively strong signal which could be picked up in our 4th floor room. Excellent value for money, especially if you book in advance.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to discover the old town of Prague.
