“Nice location, good service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 January 2012

We stayed here 3 nights in october 2011 on the 2nd floor. The room was small but comfortable. Good heating while it was very cold then. The location is perfect: in the center of the city on a small , rather quiet, square. Good walking distance from the Karel Bridge, Wenceslas Square, and Obezni Dum (go there for coffee in the wonderful Jugendstil restaurant!) Breakfast in the cellar, dating from the middle ages, was OK. Of course there is a variety of restaurants there, we can advise Klub Architektu, at the other side of Betlemske Nameski, also in a cellar.

Wheelchair accessible? In the hotel is an elevator, in the streets cobblestones.

“Cute little hotel with excellent breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 December 2011

Perfect location, nice breakfast. If you are taller than 1.70 do not book the rooms on the loft - which are otherwise extremely cosy. All together very, very nice hotel.

“A lovely hotel!”

We spent 5 nights in the Betlem Club Hotel and were more than satisfied. The room on the 2nd floor was spacious, clean, with a very nice clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the service excellent. The staff at the reception desk and at breakfast were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic as it was in the old 13th century cellar. Somebody here on Tripadvisor complained about the smell – I couldn’t detect anything. Breakfast itself was good, too – a nice choice of food, something for everybody. In addition, the hotel is located centrally with just a short walk to the Old Town Square and to Wenceslas Square. All in all, we had a fantastic, enjoyable stay and if I go to Prague again, I’ll book a room in the Betlem Club Hotel again.

“Excellent Value”

The Betlem Club Hotel is a small hotel in the southern section of Old Town, easy walking distance to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. The rooms are nice sized and quiet, and breakfast served in what used to be a dungeon, but is now very comfortable and inviting. There are several excellent, good value restaurants nearby with lots of locals enjoying a pint for $1.50.

“Location location location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

Most of what you would want to see in Old Town was within a 5 minute walking radius. I stayed in the single attic room, which was very spacious, clean and quiet. It is a bit dark with only one very small window so wouldn't be an ideal place if you want to spend a lot of time chilling out in your hotel room, but otherwise a a very reasonably priced, convenient hotel. As someone mentioned, the lift does not go up to the top level so you do have to climb up a short flight of stairs.
