I needed to stay near the Congress Centre for a few days and this hotel was but a hop, skip and a jump from it. It has evidently been renovated recently and all public areas, as well as rooms, have been updated. The room, like most in Prague, was fairly compact, but had a comfortable bed and chair. My room faced the back and was extremely quiet. The staff were very helpful and personable. Vysehrad Metro station was a short walk away and one could be in the Old City in about 5 minutes.
Again, I'd recommend this hotel if want a reasonably-priced room and you need to be in the area. If, however, you want to be able to walk to the Old City, I'd stay elsewhere.
Room Tip: For complete quiet, ask for a room at the back.
