We stayed two nights here as part of a tour. The hotel was perfect for us. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection and the service was great. The rooms were clean and our sleep was undisturbed.

We were able to walk to a very reasonably priced quality restaurant. 10 minute walk to Kolkovna Budejovicka restaurant (www.kolkovna.cz) just past the Budejovicka metro station.

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly - much more Spanish relax style.
The room was large and clean, with nice bathrooms amenities. The location is nice if you have a car, the parking is free. The subway is just 5-6 minutes walking.
Location - not that great - there is not much to do around.
The food was excellent, for breakfast and dinner the buffet is well done with a lot of fruits and vegetables. Price - reasonable for accommodation and excellent for the food.
If the location is fine for you I recommend the hotel.

Clean and spacious room with very good heating.Excellent breakfast with big variety and helpful staff .The only "bad" point is that its quite far from the center and you have to take the metro or taxi..

This hotel is modern and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, that's where my compliments end. The hotel is non-smoking in most rooms, however, the smoking area is at the base of the elevator shaft which carries the smoke up to the sleeping floors.

It's not near much, though the train was relatively close by.

On the night I stayed, there was a "fog horn" sound beginning at 10pm, sounding off every three minutes. The front desk told me they were unaware and that whatever it was would need to wait until morning for the maintenance team.

At midnight, I changed rooms, but the horn sound was through the entire building so that didn't help. in the morning, I went to the front desk (where you could still hear the horn) and argued for a refund. They declined a refund stating there wasn't much they could do because maintenance was working on it.

Ultimately after much arguing, they gave me a 50% refund, which was still not satisfactory to me since I couldn't even sleep at the hotel. Others were in line complaining as well.

I understand that things happen, but it is the responsibility of the hotel to compensate the guest for the things that do go wrong. I will not stay here on my trip next month.
