Receptionist is extremely rude and housekeeping won't actually clean your room or refill soap. In short, this hotel needs to take up HotelService101. We as tourists, on the other hand can get a much better hotel that is central to Old Town. This one is pretty far and secluded. Not safe for a solo traveller like myself (female).

My wife and I stayed here in October 2011 for 5 days. The staff were very helpful,spoke and understood English. We were given a map of the area with the tram numbers and stops to use into the main centre.
I would recommend buying the tram ticket at the hotel reception,saves going to the tram kiosks and the ticket is the same price,no hotel mark up!
Free wifiinternet was available in our room.
Lovely choice of food at breakfast. We also had an evening meal there,which was reasonably priced,possibly cheaper than in the city.

I stayed for 3 nights and thought it was a very nice hotel, the breakfast was great.
Our room was very clean and both the day & night staff were very helpful.
Although not in the centre of Prague it was very close to the tram stop and only 10 minutes from Charles Bridge and other sites.
You can by the tram tickets in the hotel they will also give you a map of the trams needed which we found very useful.
I would not have a problem staying here again.

For 650kr they will also arrange transfer to the hotel, not sure if this was cheap but made the journey that much easier.

We stayed at the Expo hotel for two nights,and it was an absolute pleasure,o.k. probably not the best hotel in Prague but was good for us.We found ALL the staff were friendly and helpful especially when we needed directions to the tram stop,or which number was required to where we wanted to go including changes.All in all a good choice and as an extra for me a park nearby for birdwatching with Red Squirr.el thrown in could not have been better.
