I stayed in Prague over the New Year 2011/2012 for 8 nights and this is my first stay in the city. The hotel is near the National Gallery and convieniently located off Wenceslas Square. It is close to transport links and areas of interest for sightseeing.

My room happened to have a double bed and it was spacious and also clean. There was a mini bar, a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The wifi was fast and the hotel provides an ethernet cable for customers who need it. My room was facing towards the back of the hotel and it was quiet.

I never had the chance to try the hotel breakfast due to the hotel restaurant being so busy in the mornings but I had a look and there was a breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. The customers seemed happy enough.

One of the best things about the hotel was the staff. They were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The next time I return to Prague, I will definately stay here again.

Some people may be put off staying in this hotel due to having 2 Cabaret clubs next door but to be fair, I was never hassled and I never sensed any negative vibes from anyone along here. I felt safe walking back to my hotel on my own at night. The same can't be said if I did that in London on a night out.

Stayed at the K+K Fenix in Prague for a long weekend with my girlfriend and cannot say one bad thing about it. Staff were really friendly and helpful from moment we checked in to moment we checked out, very good buffet breakfast included (available until midday - can't think of many other hotels with extended hours like that which I've stayed in before), very clean hotel with modern comfortable rooms and good location just off Wenceslas Square - you can walk to most of the main attractions from there within 15 minutes or so. If/when I go back to Prague I would definitely stay here again.

We spent 4 days in Prague for New Year and had a fantastic time at the K+K Fenix Hotel. The service was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, warm and very roomy indeed. The breakfast was ample and filled you up, especially for the cold days walking around the city. 2 minute walk from the main street off Wenceslas Square in the city you couldn't ask for much for in terms of a central location. All the major tourist sites were with easy walking distance, or by hopping on the trams or tubes, such an easy city to get around.

Would use the K+K again for sure.

This hotel benefits from being in a great location just off Wenceslas Square and about a ten minute walk from the Old Town Square. It's an extremely clean hotel and the staff provide great service. Also the breakfast provided is very satisfactory with Czech sparkling wine on offer. Some may be put off by the fact that there are two large cabaret (strip) clubs next door however neither my wife nor I have received any hassle from these clubs so I wouldn't let this put you off. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Prague.
