Just back from the most wonderful weekend away with the hub in Prague. We booked an executive room and couldn't have asked for more. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and helpful making our stay extra special. The use of the executive lounge was great as the views are spot on as they are from the incredible swimming pool. The breakfast was also great and so was the location. I really can't fault it and would definitely go back if we get a chance.

Stayed here on a recommendation from a friend, and came for my husbands 40th Birthday.
On the whole it was lovely. Great room with a view and very comfy bed! The breakfast was lovely and much more then I had expected. Freshly cooked omelettes every morning. Fab location just steps away from metro station, and easy to buy tickets at the Concierge desk.

My only complaints would be that there wasn't free wifi for everyone, you had to upgrade for this. Also would have liked milk (or option of) in my room for my tea as opposed to creamer. Couldn't use the minibar fridge to store milk in if I'd bought any. Finally would have been good to have the pool included too rather then again upgrading.

However, none of this would stop me from recommending the hotel to someone.

We stayed here for a week (a few days for fun and the rest for a conference) and almost everything was great...the service, the facilities, the food in their restaurants, the room...these were all good. The breakfast buffet that is included with the room rate was outstanding! Have never had a better one in all our travels! The only negatives were the smoke in the Blue Note Lounge in the lobby area (that also permeated into the lobby - we are non-smokers so we didn't appreciate it, although it was Europe and they don't have the same laws that we have in the US) and the bathroom shower had two problems...the water temp changed from comfortable to cold or scorching hot, presumably when others were using the shower or flushing toilets nearby, and the shower overflowed onto the floor because of poor placement of the shower head. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would go back again because the positives greatly outweighed the negatives. Overall very enjoyable. Note: we had a standard room, not the executive room.

Spent 3 nights and 4 days at a conference held in this hotel. Executive room with access to lounge as well as pool and spa with modern fitness room was shown to us by one of the friendly and expert staff, Linda, we were informed of the all day drinks and snacks as well as evening open bar and starters. All inclusive with the most stunning view of the city and a telescope to zoom in! Food and service was excellent.
Only a pity that hallway smelt of smoke.
