I spent few nights in Arcotel Theatrino during my two visits in Prague and it was very nice and comfortable there. I booked single room every time, which was quite small, but not too small. Everything you need in the room and the bathroom to survive was avaliable there. The breakfast was served in a huge theatre space and it was IMPRESSIVE - just look at photos and make it sure. I've been in many hotels, but this theatre arragement incl. colour lights makes such a really stunning impression. Breakfast was just DELICIOUS - it was very nice atmosphere during having breakfast and specific music and very helpfull staff also- all this including huge theatre area makes this breakfast very special. I would recommend this hotel for sure without any hesitation.

We spent one night in this hotel on last weekend with my husband and our friends. The travel agent said that it is a very nice, 4 star historical accomodation, close to city centre, etc. Well, it was close, but I would not consider it 4 star. To be honest, I would give 3, or maybe 2...

The main lobby was stinky as they allow smoking. The rooms were also stinky and need repaint. We have ordered king size bed... Well, there were two single beds moved together, so you can imagine how comfortable sleep we had... Parking possibilities are also very limited as the hotel garage was full at the meantime.

Breakfast was OK, and I would like to mention that the waitresses were very nice and helpful.

So, in a nutshell, If it was a 3 star, then it is OK, but for this price, well, I would think it again.

We stayed two nights here in September 2011. The booking was a package deal with air tickets. The Hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Check-in/out was uncomplicated and easy.
The location is very good, there are local restaurants and bars in the area and the tram number line takes to straight to the center in 10 minutes. The stop is only 200m from the hotel
I can not give it more than very good though as there is really nothing special to the hotel. I would come back though if I would need a place in Prague.

Amedia hotel looks impresive from outside, we admired beautiful facade. The same was breakfast room. Unfrotunately, rooms are common, quite small , need repaint but comfortable with big bathroom. I would not consider them as a 4 star.
Breakfast was impressive, not really about food but about beautiful atmosphere of ex-theatre. Service was fast, nothing was missing, just I missed better choice of cheeses (only one in offer.
But the best was the location. Just 2 stops by tram from main train station (tram stop is only 50 metres far), 4 stops to Vaclavske namesti. Very calm during night. A lot of good and restaurants for reasonable prices in surrounding (Lavicka, U marianskeho obrazu). To visit a Zizkov tower (5 minutes of walk) is a must!
