I was shunted to this hotel by the Hotel Josef as they resold my room so I had no idea what to expect when I got there. The style of the hotel couldn't be as different to the Josefs if it tried. Whereas the Josef is all designer chic, the Grand Hotel Bohemia is old world style and class.

The room was on the smallish size, but was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and thankfully had a bath tub as I always like to have a long soak whilst I'm away. As I was only staying for the one night I wasn't able to check out any of the hotels amenities, but if they are to the same standard of the rooms then they should be good.

I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again as it is in an excellent location close to the Old Town Square but is also away from the hustle and bustle and is located in a nice quiet street.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in September, 2011. Excellent location, in the heart of Old Town and at the same time not in a noisy area. Room was of a good size, wifi was there. Small touches like the next day's weather forecast placed on a tray every night was appreciated. Do have a look at their spectacular ballroom. This is a historic hotel which is modern inside. Good place to stay overall- great breakfast spread too.

Stayed in this hotel for a week on a business trip. The rooms are on the small side but they're clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent for the old town square. There are lots of decent restaurants nearby and there is a metro station a couple of minutes walk away.

We have got the recommendation for this hotel from our friend who was part of wedding celebration recently. I must admit that my expectations were very high for that reason and also even more because we hardly found some room left in the begining of January. What a surprise that everything what we have experienced was absolutly spotless. We have booked Deluxe room because that was the cheapest one at the time of booking but the receptionist have proposed us higher category of the room and we have seen their Junior suite as well as Executiv room. We were not willing to pay any extra money so we were ready to refuse the offer but the moment we have entered the room we were lost. It was worth the extra money because of the most amazing view of Prague old city just in front of you. Well equiped, wi-fi free of charge all around the hotel, great food and very polite staff. Ask for tour of their basement ballroom you wouldn ´t belive what they are hiding down there. It was wonderful experience and we have alredy booked our Wedding Aniversary trip in Summer in room with private terrace. Can ´ t wait!
