Been there in January 2012, excellent service, nice and helpful front office staff, nice SPA.
Tried the buddha massage - very nice.
Also a very positive note for the houskeeping staff, our room was always in perfect condition, even if we were messy sometimes with our stuff.
Everything we needed was just one phone call away..
What else? well, maybe just an espresso well done, but I gave up to find a good one outside of Italy.

Everything rang very smoothly from the moment we made the booking. Arrived late on the Friday night with the Hotel Limo there to greet us. Staff very welcoming, room on the 6th floor with champagne, chocolates and birthday card from the management. Fabulous room with great bed. The only criticism is that the rooms are so hot! Had to sleep with the window open even though it was -15 outside. Great bathroom and toiletries and Maria the chamber maid even remember that we wanted 2 sachets of English tea for the next day. Breakfast excellent in the morning or we could have gone up to the club lounge on the 8th floor. Friends used the Spa and said that it was excellent. Couldn't fault the whole experience and would definitely return.

We spent five nights here the end of our European tour. Having stayed for a similar number of nights at the Intercontinental in Budapest we were surprised and disappointed by the arrogant, unhelpful attitude of the staff in general - from the concierge, to checkin, restaurant and barman - all had 'attitude', no one smiled and no assistance was offered when we tried to arrange a room away from the lifts as per the request on our original booking.
Apart from the negative impression given by the staff the hotel is in an fabulous location and the room was well presented with a beautifully comfortable bed.
Our experience in Budapest was so different to our experience in Prague that it was hard to imagine it was the same hotel chain - we could not fault the staff or our stay in Budapest!

Stayed here for 5 days at a conference.The staff were extremely unhelpful.I felt that the cold war was still ongoing.The worst of all was the concierge.This was in large part due to very average levels of English by the staff.The food was satisfactory but the rooms were old and the whole place was very dated.Despite this Prague was a delight and I would love to go back and stay somewhere else.Interestingly,we had similiarly unhelpful service elsewhere in the city.
