In the heart of the old city, with quiet rooms, for a reasonable price, with a wonderful staff, like Petra at the front desk, and an excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay there in the future.

this hotel has a great location,the stuff was helpfull every thing was great exept the fact that the cleaning in the room was'nt that good they changed our towels just once and we stayed there for a week.

We stayed in the attic of Hotel Pinot. We are a family of 6- four kids ages 12, 10, 6, and 5 and had plenty of room in the attic. The separate bedroom was perfect for husband and I to have some privacy while all 4 kids slept in the other large room. There was a small refrigerator in the room as well which was nice for storing fruit/other cold items. There is no "view" from the balcony, but it was still nice to be able to sit outside and hear music from the city. The location is excellent- just a couple minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. We parked our minivan in one of the hotel's reserved street spots. The parking spot was plenty big for the minivan and we felt it was completely safe there (we walked past it every time we left the hotel.) The breakfast was great- all the normal European breakfast food- yogurt, granola, croissants, breads, cheese, meat plus scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon. Staff was friendly. Free computer on which to use internet in lobby was a bonus.

The location of this hotel is excellent - just by the Mala Strana end of the Charles Bridge so ideal for walking to all the major sites of interest. We went with a group of two other couples using three double rooms - one of the rooms had a bath, the other two had showers - one of which had a split hose causing water to squirt out everywhere except the showerhead - we reported this fault and were told that the hotel were aware of it and would try to fix it - they didn't!! The rooms were very light and airy (no's 25, 26 & 27) overlooking the central courtyard, the beds were very comfy, the furniture well maintained and everything was clean and tidy. There were tea making facilities, a mini bar (which featured the wine each individual room was named after) and a hairdryer (not the best I ever used). Most of our party slept very well but a couple of us were aware of noise from around 6am when the staff started work.
Breakfast was the same each morning but was good - bacon, scrambled egg, ham, salami, cheese, salad, yogurt, cereals, bread and pastries - our only complaint was that dishes were not replenished quickly meaning we sometimes had to wait or go without something.
On the whole the location, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel outshone the dull service we were given - we would stay here again based on the positives and hope their service improves.
