I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, from 28 January to 30 January with my wife and 2 friends. The foyer area was very clean and modern and our rooms very clean and suitable for our needs. The staff were very helpful and obliging during our stay. From our point of view, the hotel is in a great location. Just 5 minutes from the hotel is the Palladium shopping centre with 200 shops, and a number of trams that enable you to travel round the city pass that point, and also a Metro stop is just round the corner. In fact, we managed to walk to Wenceslas Square (15 minute leisurely walk) and from there to Old Town Square (10 minute leisurely walk). Old Town Square is where the Astronomical Clock is housed. Try and be there at mid-day to see the Apostles appear and a trumpeter play from the top of the building. From there, we walked to the funicular railway (15 minutes) and went up to Pretin where an observation tower affords a marvelous view of the city. Also not to be missed is a walk over Charles Bridge and the Castle area.

This is a great hotel in Prague. Although its clear that it is supposed to be more business oriented because of its amenities (business rooms, internet, no spa, no swimming pool or kids rooms) it is still great value for all kinds of trips to this city.

For the price you get to stay in an excellently located hotel (near the palladium, the best shopping mall in Prague center and at walking distance from the historic city center), very good rooms (very clean, well equipped rooms), friendly helpful staff (in which the most speak english which seems to be rare in other Prague hotels) and a quiet relaxing environment.

The price was very adequate too, seemed to be a very good deal when compared to what you get for your money.

Definitely an hotel to recommend in Prague.

Excellent hotel for an extremely reasonable price. Excellent service and very nice but somewhat small room. The heated bathroom floor was great! It was a few minute walk to the Municipal house where the symphony plays and about 10 minute walk to the Old town square. Breakfast was included and pretty decent, eggs, sausage, fruit, salad, pastries etc. We got a fantastic deal but of course it was January. Also an inexpensive Thai spa in the basement that was open until 10 pm! Great after a day of walking.

Recently we have visited Prague with my wife. It is really beautiful city. We stayed in Grand Majestic Plaza hotel for 4 nights and it was great! It is really close to the historical centre and there is also shopping centre Palladium around the corner. Service at the reception was very helpful, friendly and experienced. I can recommend this hotel to all people who would like to visit Prague and I will come back for sure.
