I stayed here in a group of 6 for a hen weekend. Although not the place to stay if you're after luxury, the apartment provided an ideal location, was spacious and clean with everything we could possibly have needed, right down to salt & pepper!
There was a sign stating that the cleaner would come in every 4 days so we didnt expect it during our 2 night stay but returned after our first day out exploring to find out dishes washed and bins emptied. Cannot fault the service.

Capital apartments are on a quiet cul de sac just off Wenceslas square. Their location is surprisingly quiet and convenient.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Check in straightforward.

Rooms were well furnished, warm and hot water was hot all the time.
Each bedroom had a double and single bed. Double bed in living room also.
Kitched well equipped.

Location was fantastic - old town square 10 minutes walk so most of central Prague was in walking distance.

I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Capital Apartments from 02/12/2011 to 05/12/2011, on arrival the Taxi organised by the complex attempted to add 50 korona onto our fare, but this was swiftly resolved by us producing an email from the hotel with the cost confirmed and a telephone call to the management. We were a late arrival so the key was left with the security guard. The Apartment 301B was clean and good value for money, however we were in a different building to what we had agreed with the staff prior to arrivaL(this was raised with reception who kindly offered that we could move but by then we were settled in the current appartment) We were also lacking the DVD player as advertised, which was a shame as we had brought DVDs along to watch, again we reported this to reception as within 24 hours we had a DVD player in the apartment. These were the only issues suring our stay and the speed at which the manager got in touch/resolved these was fantastic. I do not know the receptionists name but she was brilliant, very patient and happy to help with directions! Massive Thank you to you! The apratment was clean,quiet and comfortable. Basic but brilliant value for money! easy access to all tourist hotspots and a fantastic italian restaurant directly beneath the apartment building! I would definately stay here again and will happily recommnend this to friends and family.

There are 12 of us friends that stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment. It's clean, very spacious, comfortable and centrally located in the city. There's 1 bathroom and 2 more toilets. Kitchen is complete with everything you need, even a dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster. They even have a washing machine. The only thing we notice lacking are mirrors. There's only one in the hallway and non in the bedrooms. The curtains are also not big enough to cover the whole windows and balcony doors, but it's not that big deal for the price we payed for. Highly recommended :)
