Don't bother to stay in old hotels in old city center where you will pay probably more. Alqush Downtown hotel is on central avenue Lagerova in zone 2 .The hotel is 5 min. walk to I.P Pavlova metro station that provides very easy access to the city center. The rooms are new, spacious and very clean, very quiet to have rest. The staff are friendly and helpful. Open buffet tasty breakfast with moderate product variety (not as rich as Turkish hotels' buffets but good enough for European counterparts) In the end . I really recommend this hotel, which is a really good choice and good value for travellers who want to enjoy Prague.
One tip: Don't forget to bring your slippers because there is no slipper service in the hotel:)

Beautiful room and spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Temperature minus 17 outside but rooms warm and comfortable. Staff all speak perfect English and are very helpful and friendly.
Tube/Metro and trams are close by giving fast, cheap and warm connection to central Prague.
Amazing value and a great stay.
Only downside with Prague is that there is smoking in most bars and restaurants, beer and food is good value and wholesome.

Nice romantic hotel, very helpful and English speaking staff.
The hotel is situated on the Legerova road, very easy to remember when strolling down the city, and it's a 15 minute walk to Mustek.
It's interior is very 'baroque' and quite new, whether you like the style or not is more a matter of taste.

The breakfast consists of an assortment of small breads/sandwiches, (great) coffee, English style eggs/bacon/sausages, milk and lemonades (no orange juice, just lemonades).
There's also yoghurt with fresh fruit.

If you arrive by car, prepare for an expensive parking fee.
About €19,50 per day or 480 Kc.

Overall I could recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Prague.

Great service and beautiful rooms! The food was delicious and they even gave me a breakfast package for my way home. I won't stay anywhere else next time I visit Prague.
