We really enjoyed the restaurant, the dishes were fantastic. Esp. Saturday's dinner was outstanding. The spa is spacious with 4 different pools and 4 different saunas. We used the spa in the off-hours (around lunch and also >18:00) and were pretty much the only people there. The bar and the library were amazing, very cosy and perfect to have an evening drink. The staff was very friendly, all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed a great week at this hotel. The hotel is a great mix between today's comfort and traditional style. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The swimming / sauna area has all you could wish for. The reastaurant offers breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menues, all with lots of options and in great quality.

We had a one week "Alexander Prevention Package" in Grand Spa inc. full board and 3 treatments a day. For the price we paid the value which we got was very good. The hotel is very beautiful and has a very convenient location. To give an overview:
Rooms-
We had a deluxe room. Very good size and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is huge & beautiful.
Food-
Perfect! We were really very positively surprised. After having a very negative experience in January with a 5-star AI in Mexico, we were very cautious. Food was a big plus. Great menüs and very very tasteful.
Service-
This has been the weakest point. Unfriendly reception staff, totally stressed Spa staff, untrained restaurant staff. The hotel needs absolute improvement in service. The cleaning of the room was always on time & good. That was the only point which functioned.
Wellness & Spa
Spacious wellness area with an indoor & outdoor pool, indoor& outdoor chairs to relax, 3 different saunas, steam bath, theme pool and sole pool. Very good offer for the size of the hotel. The treatments are mixed. It depends on the therapist. Some are very good, some are weak. Fußreflexzone massage from Renè was to die for!
Location-
Very convenient. 5 Min. walk to the center and very quiet.
Overall it is a great hotel. We will absolutely come back, but next time we wouldn`t get such a package because the medical staff is very weak. We would just enjoy the hotel, welness area and the food!

We are Italian travellers; we chose this wonderful hotel for our Christmas holidays. We stayed there for a total of 5 nights.
The hotel was magnificent and all the services were very good.
All the rooms were very clean, all the people that work there were very kindness.
Food is excellent.
Only one important thing: if you choose this hotel, please take note that 99% of people employed there just speak German, not English or French or Italian...
By the way, our experience was very nice and we suggest this hotel and his beautiful Spa to all the people that wants to take care of themselves...
