We stayed in this hotel for few nights -the stay was paid by vouchers (free accommodation but we had to pay 40Eur per head consuption) and were given nice two room apartment , sunny with nice views. Furnishing was outdated but kept in good condition and bed very comfortable, shower nice and always enough of hot water. Breakfast buffet was ok, fresh but poor on fruit selection, dinners in the hotel restaurant next door (Ludvik ,Palace Zvon) were very nice, tasty and the homemade deserts were always nice end of dinner. Location was excellent, swimming pool suprisingly just for us everytime we went (even when the hotel was at least 75% full) and the staff was very friendly and always helpful. They didnt speak English, but english speaking tourist are not very common there and all the staff spoke at least two other languages which was very appreciated by the German tourist who are mostly comming to this town. Procedures were also very proffessional and relaxing. This hotel is ideal for family break, even with kids and if you are looking for a romance and you don't mind sharing hotel with pensionist than you get a great location with a view and very comfortable king size bed.
