We spent 2 nights at Villa Patriot to celebrate bringing in the 2012 New Year. From the moment we walked in the door the service was outstanding. English was not a problem. Our room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was very large and immaculate. The hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance to the shopping street and the Casino. We did not eat at the restaurant, but it is one of the best gourmet restaurants in Marianske Lazne. They do not have a pool or spa on premises, but they have arrangements with a local spa. We highly recommend this hotel. When we return we will definitely be staying here again.

“This standard of hotel is rare outside Prague”

We spent 2 nights in this hotel with 2 small children and their grandparents. We booked a family apartment which had 2 bedrooms with lovely ensuite bathrooms, one of which had a bath which was great for the children in particular. An extra bed and cot was provided as requested. The kingsize beds had kingsize mattresses rather than the individual mattresses normally on offer in central Europe and lovely crisp white bedlinen. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not cheap but of good quality, as was the continental breakfast. The service was efficient and friendly, with staff going out of their way to help us e.g. providing us with flasks of hot water at night and recommending things to do nearby. They also arranged massages in the local spa. Overall, we were delighted with the quality of this hotel which is not usually found in this country outside Prague.
