“Kind of strange place”

Themed hotel on the outskirts of Liberec city center (100 crowns taxiride away from Radnice). There´s an aquapark (not tested) there´s casino and a kind of shopping center in one end. Colors used to be bright, but now looked a bit faded on grey january days. Rooms are spacious, beds decent, internet not much to talk about, and it is free in the reception area. Parking under the hotel.
Food - decent but not more. Food in Liberec is generally very good in restaurants, thus, the quality at Babylon was a bit disappointing.
Long tiled corridors and rooms facing atrium. Windows do not open. Lots families with kids at the weekend.

Lack of fresh air in the room, and a window facing the atrium made our stay at Babylon not very pleasant. In addition the internet did not work, and the staff did not do much to make it work either.

A number of restaurants on he property, none very good. The biggest disappointment was when we visited the Luxor restaurant, which claims to be a "luxury restaurant". Our waiter was sp drunk the he dropped our drinks on the floor, and almost dropped our food! The only thing luxurious with the place was the prices...

A few good things though. The rooms where spacious (stayed in the business part), the breakfast buffet had a good selection and entrance to the Aquapark was free.
