It a good place to go for two days (one night) for younger people. The hotel is average and I would say its overpriced, but with the accomodation, you get the acces to all the attractions. Ive been to better places like this, but its sufficient and if you let yourself go crazy, you will have fun. The spa/aquapark was a ok, too many kids though. Just be cautious about the last the days you book as they have nude parties there during some days of the month, so you could end up like us, cause we havent noticed and almost chocked when they announced that everybody has to put their swimsuits off otherwise they have to leave the area :-)

The complex is located quite far away from the town, but i guess 20 minutes walk is still ok. The town itself is quite nice, not very expensive but if you dont visit, you wont miss anything really.

We ordered 2 days stay, but we quit after first night and moved to another hotel in Liberec (never did such thing before). Main reason was problem with air-conditioning. Only way, how to achieve acceptable temperature in the room, was to open windows in the night to busy and noisy street - no sleep in the night at all. I made immediately complaint in the morning to hotel staff and hotel management, but haven't received any reaction and explanation in agreed time (5 days). I found that same problem with hot temperature and air-conditioning have also other guests.
Other problems:
- safe in the room was out-of-order (impossible to repair, specialist needed)
- description of rooms on booking.com was different than reality (no balcony, no sofas - now is description changed)
- cameras in wellness changing-room
- you have to use some crazy coins in aqua-park, paying with hotel card not supported, no information about that in hotel room
- no towels for use in aqua park (we received some bathrobe after complaint)
- poor breakfast

Unfortunately I can't say anything good about services in this hotel. Services standard is in reality between two or three stars. Avoid this hotel.

My wife booked a mini holiday as a treat for our twin sons, almost 4 years old in Centrum Babylon from Tuesday to Saturday, four nights. By the time Saturday came around, I was looking forward to going home...

The adjoining rooms were ok, not big, not small, but clean and had everything we needed. But one HUGE gripe, you could not open the windows and had to rely on the mediocre air conditioning. The air in the room was often not as fresh as we like and really was a bother for us.

We paid for full board which included buffet lunch and dinner, with one small beer or wine with dinner, and as it was not cheap, we expected quite more than we got. The first night, we went to dinner at 18:15 and saw how Czechs, Germans, and Polaks fight over the schnitzl on the buffet line. It seems that most of the hosts left their manners at home. So the next night we went later at 19:45 when it would be less hectic. The problem was that there was almost no food left! Of the 7 or 8 entrées, only the baked chicken drumsticks were left...
Also, the main entrées never changed and were the same every day for lunch and dinner and got very boring very quickly. And the chef who believes that pickles are in Beef Stroganoff should be shot on the spot.
Breakfast was OK, but all of the items that should have been hot were only luke-warm, and when placed on cold plates became cold by the time you got to a table to sit down. We had a problem getting our kids to eat cold scrambled eggs, go figure!

The aquapark was fun, and the kids loved it. But while we were there, it rained several days, and it looked like half of Liberec decided to go swimming, it was so crowded. Also, the slides are more for kids a bit older than ours.

Part of the complex is a LunaPark or amusement park which the kids also loved.

But on a whole, we did not enjoy ourselves quite like we though we would, we will probably not go back overnight, maybe just during the day for the aquapark and lunapark.

Themed hotel on the outskirts of Liberec city center (100 crowns taxiride away from Radnice). There´s an aquapark (not tested) there´s casino and a kind of shopping center in one end. Colors used to be bright, but now looked a bit faded on grey january days. Rooms are spacious, beds decent, internet not much to talk about, and it is free in the reception area. Parking under the hotel.
Food - decent but not more. Food in Liberec is generally very good in restaurants, thus, the quality at Babylon was a bit disappointing.
Long tiled corridors and rooms facing atrium. Windows do not open. Lots families with kids at the weekend.
