It was terrible hotel, the room was under the roof and the breakfast was very poor, often there were too many people and little food. It is situated in a very uncomfortable place...While booking I was told it is just in the main street but it was not true. For the same money I found another hotel in the main street.

Overall the experience of this hotel was not that bad. However, be prepared it is difficult to find this hotel especially when you are by car. We had read some comments on this hotel before our trip to Karlove Vary so we new what to expect. It is on the small street very easy to miss.
The hotel itself is in an unpleasant area. Our room overlooked on some huge pipes ..
As for the breakfast it was just basic. In October it was quite empty .. no reception staff after 6 pm.. Internet did not work in our room.
Next time I would go for something else...

The hotel is hidden in a cul-de-sac just behind the main street, with no views. The room was very basic and very clean, it had free wifi, Breakfast was included and it was very good. Good value for the price.

For us it was a great discovery. It is conveniently located (near the Thermal Spring Colonnade, and also by a good Czech restaurant that we liked, U Svejk), and the hotel seems to be recently renovated. Our room was new, clean, and with modern furniture. The service was excellent, and the breakfast included in the price is very good (buffet with cold meats, cereals, fruits, yogurts, cakes and bread). And all for a great price. If you are looking for a place to sleep and be quiet, and find for spas routes aside, this hotel is highly recommended.
