We visited the hotel during the film festival and selected this place only because we could not get anything else. First surprise was a dusty pavement which was under reconstruction with a whole quay. I understand it was a townhall action but hotel should warn before booking or at least apologize for a messy environment.
Breakfast (really poor) was served in a shaby room in a partner hotel Kucera not far away although there is a cafe on a ground floor of Elefant hotel. Girl on the front desk was totaly disorganised and not very friendly. She had some better moments when she was not around. The only advantage of this accomodation is a location. However from such a place we expected better services and facilities.
