Prepaid two rooms for 5 nights plus New Years Eve arrangement. Upon checkout I was presented with a bill for almost 1.000 USD. After printing 4 bills involving 4-5 managers and assistents, they finally produced a bill that was acceptable, food and drinks charged to the room. They took 40 minutes, making us almost miss our plane. No apologies or excuses.
Rooms dated and not very appealing. No A/C. Door to corridor does not block noise. Breakfast OK for a 4 -star hotel, but why are the plates so small? Maybe they don't want us to eat much?
Bechers Bar good restaurant, but forget the Cafe.
Overprized hotel with totally incompetent staff in reception. I would rate this a 3-star hotel.
Room Tip: Make sure you get a spacious room, or else you have only a bed and a desk.
