I was there in Nov 2011 at the very beginning of my holidays. I don't have to say too much about it since there are so many reviews having the same idea with mine :D Just want to say, this is a cozy and beautiful hostel with lovely staff perfect for a little town like Cesky Krumlov, and perfect for backpackers to feel welcome :D

We were staying in the riverside apartment and friends were in the second apartment - both excellent! We enjoyed our visit so much that coming back when it´s green and warm. Hostel, liked mentioned, was perfect - really nice and helpful. :)

The carved wooden Dragon on the door of the Hostel set the scene for a magical stay. We were warmly received by the receptionist, Anna who gave us some tips on what to see in Cesky Krumlov before taking us to our apartment. The room was very warm and comfortable, with good Wifi access. There was also a lovely looking common room with a lounge and DVDs. The hostel itself was only about a 5 minute walk into the main town square. Would definitely stay again!

This cosy little hostel is such great value, I recommend it highly. I stayed for a weekend in the six-bed dorm, which had comfy beds and linen. Great little common room, with plenty of games, magazines, DVDs if you want, and guitars and a piano. The decent-sized kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and there's free tea and coffee. The wi-fi reception in the common room is full strength. What really makes this a great place to stay is the personal service you get - a great map of the hostel when you arrive, and suggestions of where to eat and what to do. Thanks again, Carolyn!
