“Worth a second look”

We stayed here for 3 days in September, 2011. This hotel is undergoing a major refit. It isn't done, but the work is not intrusive, and some floors are very nice. The furniture is Ikea style, and it will never be a 4 star hotel. Still, you can get a clean, newly painted and tiled room with breakfast for 990Kxc. 10 minute walk to the center, 15 to the bus/train station. It is also isolated from traffic.

Pros: Nice, basic room + breakfast. Quiet. Cheap. Near everything. Fair wifi.
Cons: Antiquated elevator, shabby stairwell. (work in progress)
